Just a simple bar, but not your simple bar. Decorated with posters that have decorated Weimar since over 50 years, you get the feeling that you have been there everyday. Quite the atmosphere

One of the most interesting place in Weimar or even Germany for alternative people honestly. Not recommended for everyone but it would be recommended to visit the people and the place itself. It’s not clean or romantic bar, it’s just the place you can be your self without worries about judgement.

Here I am very happy. Ordered at the bar there is no service. Prices are very good (cheaper than in other bars). There is also a billiard room. Only problem is sometimes the very stuffy main room through the smoke of cigarettes. But that's just the way it is in the hawk.

I miss no Weimar, but Zum Falken already. I visited it regularly for about 8 years. Cool place, cheap beer, smoker, more students during the week, all sorts of things on weekends. I met people there who are still my friends. I will never forget it and always like to come back.

Authentic pub with a mixed crowd. Prices are moderate and everything is reduced to the essentials. It may be smoked with music which is played across the bank. So something for everyone. Unfortunately, to the chagrin of the residents, but since everyone can go in and think about what he would think of if he lives next door.

Cars of the residents are damaged, listed houses all around with graffiti smeared etc. Pub had some flair, now everyone comes in every state in there. No respect for sleeping residents and children. Operator powerless against solid idiots, which cause fines and imminent closure. Sad.

Bad pub, you have to fear as a resident always to his car and the nocturnal disturbance is hard to endure! !! I would even take away the one star if it were possible!

Good bands, good prices, for me as an asthmatic and non-smoker, of course, life on the limit ... who smoke does not bother, that should go there.

Falke 4 ever

Quite casual, a bit rugged and a relaxed place to have drinks and converse with people. You can play pool behind, and check all those layers of grafittis and stickers on the walls. Weimar is a beautiful city with its Birthday-cake clean historical landmarks, also with the “dirty” places such as Zum Falken creating a cultural contrast.

Completely smoky and beautiful asslig. If you like it is in good hands. I liked it anyway.

I liked this place because the drinks were inexpensive and the bartenders were always nice to me. I also met some friendly people there. It's one of the few places in the city that is open until late in the night. If you like the underground/careless vibe, I would totally recommend it, but if you're more into upscale places better not! Also it's always very crowded so it might be hard to get a table.

Friendly, low budget bar. Popular with students and the alternative scene.

One of Weimar's best places to hang out with your friends. The drinks are cheep and the crowd is mostly students of Bauhaus or Musik-schule, you can get to know people easily. The bartenders are generally nice and play good music. Sometimes they host cool local bands. You can smoke inside, and Acheen is a bonus of course.

The beer price is good, but people can smoke inside. If you have problems with smoke, do not go there.

Smoking is sadly allowed, and air conditioning sucks!!!! No way I would go there again. But in all fairness, the drinks were affordable and tasty.

A historic Weimar venue. At the end of the evening smoke pizzeria xk smoking is allowed inside but believe me it's the only flaw. Really nice and always full of people. I recommend it for an evening where you want to drink a good beer, stay with friends or meet new ones.

Good place for 60-70s lover! it normally occupied by students and you can smoke !

This is a little laidback bar that is frequented by music students and locals alike. You can still smoke here and I imagined it to be like a Parisian Left Bank bar in the 1960s with students wearing scarves and smoking roll ups. We walked in and the music playing was Velvet Underground and the beer was only 2 euros. It's a little bit of a walk into what seems to be a residential area but well worth it if you're looking for something atmospheric and not so touristy.
